Return Policy
At this time we are unable to accept returns.. All SALES ARE FINAL. A return may be made if an item that has been ordered was defective, damaged, or received the wrong merchandise. These are the only exceptions. All our products are examined before they are shipped and are of the highest quality. *If a product is damaged or defective please call for a return authorization number before items are shipped back. A product will not be accepted without a return authorization number. If you have any questions about shirt sizes, caps, travel mugs, expandable briefcases, mouse pads etc., please e-mail us info@godismydailyplanner.com or call 866-463-9451 If you are returning a product always select a carrier that you can insure and track your package so we are able to document your delivery. Once a return package is examined and accepted a credit will be give within 2-3 weeks. You will be notified by e-mail. We are not responsible for lost return shipments and we do not reimburse for shipping a package back. Always feel free to call or e-mail us at any time so we may assist you in a timely fashion.

Backorders
Unfortunately backorders will happen from time to time. If this is the situation with your order, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated time for delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, God Is My Daily Planner ships merchandise only to locations within United States and not to international locations. Nor does God Is My Daily Planner ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
